EPS file number must be legible on the witness / complaint form and it must have the serial number of the bicycle that was lost or stolen. If you notice that a bicycle you had lost or was stolen is being offered for sale and you would like to redeem or recover the bicycle you must have the following two items in order to do so: An Edmonton Police Service witness / complaint statement that are dated May 15 th 2021 or before. This is for internal purposes and the information will not be released to any 3rd party in accordance with FOIPPA (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act) City of Edmonton, Theft Recovery Bicycles. All Timed Auction buyers first and last name will be provided to the City of Edmonton as part of a contractual term. You may attend the auction site on Wednesday, July 14 th to pick up your purchased items. All purchases of $1,000.00 or below will be automatically processed on the buyer’s credit card commencing on Friday July 16 th at 4:00 PM unless prior arrangements were made.
